I’ve been freelancing for the past 4 years now. And here’s the biggest problem of any freelancer.

Getting new clients.

I know, not so surprising right?

I’m not speaking of just freelance writers or designers… Any kind of freelancer has this one big bottleneck in their growth and this is finding new clients.

You might be making really good dough one month and then the next month you have a dry spell.

I know how that hurts — It’s like a punch to your confidence.

This is why it’s important that we have retainer clients.

Now, every freelancer has their own knack for getting new clients. Some try cold emails. Some wait for referrals. Some publish authority content. and whatnot.

But most of them forget to look at this one place: Their own network.
